It shouldn't be too difficult to turn the lectio divina timer into a full-fledged lectio divina mod. What I'm thinking is in addition to the timers you'll have three text fields (for lectio, meditatio, and oratio), to start with there is a link to something like Catena that allows the user to complete lectio, copy a verse, and paste it into the first text field, then they start the session, fill out meditatio, then oratio, and then completely contemplatio quietly on their own. These are then saved and two arrows along the top of the screen allow you to navigate back to past days
